We regret it is necessary to charge full price of the treatment in the event of cancellations. If for any reason you wish to change the treatments, you must advise us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full treatment price as per your original booking will be charged. Please note that as a courtesy to a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured but will still be charged at the full price. Medical Condition
Please inform Be Well Holistic Therapies of any medical condition as some treatments may not be appropriate for you, or in many pre-existing medical cases a GP’s note maybe required. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with their GP when it is required before any treatments can commence. We reserve the right to cancel your treatment if you fail to comply with our requests and guidelines.


Contra Indications
We do not recommend treatments before or after sun beds, sauna or sunbathing Alcohol should not be consumed before or after Holistic treatments and ensure you drink plenty of water hydration.


Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultations will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We will only use this information to ensure that the treatments we give you are suitable. It is your responsibility to inform us of any long-term changes to your health, this is so that we can ensure that any treatments we give are appropriate.

You have the right to unsubscribe from our email database at any time. Your email address is only available to Be Well Holistic Therapies and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Be Well Holistic Therapies delete or correct the information held about you.


Vouchers
All Vouchers are completely non-refundable from the date of purchase. Vouchers must be used at the time of booking and cannot be used to pay for final balances or outstanding amounts on pre-standing bookings. Your gift voucher must be given to Be Well Holistic Therapies before you commence your treatment. All vouchers are valid for 12 months; the expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher. If a voucher is not used before this time, the voucher is completely non-refundable and will no longer be valid. In the event of a lost voucher, Be Well Holistic Therapies can issue a new voucher, subject to proof of purchase. Payment Policy and Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Payment by cash or card is required immediately after each treatment Full payment will be required at the time of booking on courses of 5 treatments.


Refunds
Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on exclusive offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned. Due to the nature of some of the treatments, variations can and will occur.


Mobile Phones & Smoking
For the comfort of your treatment please ensure all mobile phones are switched off or placed onto silent mode. Please be aware that smoking is strictly forbidden both inside and outside, thank you for your understanding.


Children
All children under 18 having treatments must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. We thank you for your cooperation.


Sickness
In the event of sickness, Be Well Holistic Therapies will contact you immediately to discuss options for transferring your booking to an alternative time. Please cancel any appointment if you think/know you have anything that may possibly be contagious, from sore throats, and colds and flu, to anything on the skin or causing sickness. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you attend Be Well Holistic Therapies while poorly/contagious for the comfort of other clients who maybe visiting for treatments.


Consultations
Clients will be asked to sign a copy of these terms before their initial treatment commences, and this will thereafter apply to all subsequent visits, treatments, and therapies. This policy may be updated from time to time in relation to changes made to the business and services that we provide.
